Winter Activities
Virginia Ski Resort & Winter Resort Activities
Winter, when the Allegheny Mountains are blanketed in white, is the perfect time to embark on a ski trip at The Homestead. With more than 45 acres of wide, well-maintained trails, our slopes are perfect for beginners and not-so-beginners. But for those beginners, we offer lessons at Sepp Kober Ski School.
Not really a skier? Try ice-skating, snow tubing or a snowmobile tour. And at the end of the day, enjoy fireside s’mores at the Mountain Lodge.
Enjoy ice skating, skiing and snowboarding through April 3!
DRESS CODE: During the day, resort attire is preferred. Jeans, bathing suits, bathrobes and ski boots are discouraged in the Great Hall. Please refer to the Dining Section for proper attire for each venue
