offering exceptional southern american cuisine prepared to perfection under the direction of the resort's Executive Chef
Rodger Martin. Hallmark entrées are complemented with outstanding wines from across the globe, with a wine
list that has amassed numerous national awards. Desserts are always a much anticipated treat, each prepared by
the resort's Pastry Shop, and Executive Pastry Chef Michel Finel, and each dinner is concluded by the presentation
of silver finger bowls. From the stately columns surrounding the dance floor, where musicians play and the romance
of dancing hold sway each evening, to the rotunda with its Palladian windows, the grace and tradition of fine
dining are yours each evening. Jacket and tie required for evening dining.
Breakfast! Perhaps the most eagerly awaited event at The Homestead is our incomparable breakfast buffet, served
daily in the Dining Room. Morning sunshine and ecru linens greet you, the selection is incredible, and resort
casual attire is favored, as guests begin their day before golf, equestrian activities, or the relaxation of the Spa.
