Acclaimed Culinary Staff
Executive Chef Rodger Martin
Martin is an internationally-acclaimed culinary talent with more than 25 years of professional experience with
some of the industry's most high profile properties and companies. These include the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York,
the Mandalay Four Seasons Resort in Texas, the Halekulani in Hawaii. He is a Certified Chef with the American
Culinary Federation and a member of the World Master Chefs Society. Martin has earned a number of prestigious
industry honors and awards over the course of his career, including a Gold Medal at the European Master Chef
Competition in 1993. He spent 12 years with Bristol/Harvey Hotels and Resorts, where he ultimately directed
the company's Corporate Food and Beverage, Restaurant Concept Design and Culinary Development efforts and was
instrumental in generating more than $250 million in revenues for the chain.
Reservations and Dining Hours
Reservations for dinner are required in all of The Homestead's restaurants, and we strongly encourage you to make
your dinner reservations at the time you book your room reservation. Dining hours for all food and beverage facilities
may vary with the season, and service charge and tax are additional.
