Magnificent Virginia Mountain Homes for Sale
The Owners Club at The Homestead is a member-owned Private Residency Club within walking distance of The Homestead resort. As an owner, you’ll enjoy the use of your Virginia mountain home for at least 27 days every year (21 days during the high season and six days during winter sports season), along with a wide array of exclusive services and privileges. Perched on the mountainside in a private club neighborhood overlooking the resort, these classic Virginia-style resort homes feature three bedrooms and three baths, spacious floor plans, casual decor and spectacular views. In-home amenities include an entertainment center, hot tubs, outdoor gas grill, screened-in porches and more. Each 1/13th undivided interest can stay in the family for generations and can be financed or purchased in a trust of family partnership.
- Private Concierge Service — for pre-arrival arrangements and appointments, including grocery shopping.
