It's clear why The Homestead has such a wonderful reputation and charm. That is evident when you check in at the front desk, where the whole experience starts. We will be back for many visits to come, and appreciate how well your staff is trained to make guests fell so welcome!

I am home after the most wonderful weekend of my life! I have never, ever felt more pampered. We arrived at a magical place in the Allegheny Mountains for our daughter's wedding. One might think that because I was there for the celebration of a wedding that I was predisposed to have an excellent time. Au contraire if something or someone on staff had ruined the event "Hell hath no fury" like a disappointed mother of the bride, we would be having an entirely different conversation; however, because of flawless planning and a staff that operates with the comfort of guests in mind, that dilemma is a moot point. Douglas took our daughter to your amazing resort last Labor Day and asked her to marry him. The ideal location for the nuptials was obvious-- back at the place where it all began. What a fantastic weekend...many friendships made, renewed or strengthened in an amazing setting with staff who truly exude Southern hospitality.

My family and I have been visiting The Homestead since about 1977. Our trip... this year was without doubt the best. I believe the hotel and grounds and facilites are in the best condition I have ever seen. We look forward to returning soon.

On behalf of my wife and myself, I would like to sincerely thank you and your staff for one of the most elegant, enjoyable and memorable weekends that we have ever experienced. The most recent Labor Day weekend was our first visit to The Homestead and was chosen at somewhat of the last minute. We believe it was one of our best decisions ever.

My husband John, and I want to thank The Homestead staff for an unforgettable "honeymoon" for our 50th wedding anniversary! The Homestead will play prominently in our memories with each future anniversary, you can be sure!

Over Memorial Day, my husband and I had the opportunity to join you for a long weekend. It was our first time at The Homestead, and I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our time there. From the food and accommodations to the volume of activities and friendly staff, everything about our stay was superb.
