Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Homestead - Opening June 2013

~ Canyon Ranch signature treatments, healing and restorative massages, skin care and body therapies, and an expansive fitness area with cardio/weight room and three movement therapy rooms for Pilates, yoga, cycling and other classes.

~ Exclusive Spa Garden, an adults-only sanctuary with centuries old hot springs, naturally pressurized deluge shower, river reflexology walk, co-ed Finnish sauna and spring-fed pool and whirlpool.

~ Aquavana, an exclusive European-inspired oasis with experiential rains, herbal laconium, the chill and aromatic steam.

~ On-site exercise physiologist, nutritionist and services advisor available to assess guests' needs and help guide their experience.

~ The Spa Garden Cafe will offer light snacking and lunch items including appetizer platters, crudites, tapas, chilled fruit and a petit selection of the Canyon Ranch Cafe menu.

Jefferson's Grill & Lounge - Opening July 2013

~ A modern American grill with regional influences and a farm-to-table approach serving dinner in a casual, yet elegant setting.  Hand-picked selection of prime and regional meats including Black Angus beef raised by Milligan Creek Farms exclusively for The Homestead.

~ The lounge will serve lunch and dinner with creative small plates and lighter fare in a setting wrapped in rich wood paneling with high-tech wide-screen televisions.

~ Outdoor dining for lunch and dinner on an elevated deck overlooking the Casino Lawn.


Canyon Ranch Cafe - Opening June 2013

~ This full-service restaurant will serve exquisitely prepared, indulgently healthy cuisine.  Guests will savor innovative, guilt-free gourmet meals featuring regional products accompanied by a selection of sustainably farmed wines and craft beers.

~ The signature Canyon Ranch menu will offer lighter fare, influenced by the world's healthiest and most delicious cuisines such as those of the Mediterranean and Asia.  Menu selections will center around the wood-fired oven and will feature delectable appetizers, salads, soups, hearth-roasted entrees, grilled fish, poultry and beef, as well as pastas and flatbreads.

~ All menus provide nutritional information, from calories to fat content, to enable diners to make healthy, informed choices.
