Mike Aylmer
Mike Aylmer, Director of Sales and Marketing, joined The Homestead in June of 2007 and has been with KSL Resorts for nine years. Mike has an expertise in the hospitality industry at some of the country’s most prestigious hotels and resorts including; The Grand Wailea Hotel Resort &Spa, Arizona Biltmore, Hotel Del Coronado and Doral Golf Resort & Spa. He played a vital role in creating the national sales platform for KSL and launched the Pharmaceutical Meetings Training program called KSL/PEP which has received national recognition from many of the TOP Pharmaceutical Companies. He began his career in 1991 opening The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Center in Northern Virginia. In 1994, Mike was promoted to the Ritz-Carlton International Sales Office in New York and handled National Accounts. Mike also was involved in the launching of Miraval, Life in Balance Resort, a "new concept" resort spa in Tucson, AZ. After two short years of the opening, Miraval was named the #1 Spa/Resort in the World by Conde Nast Traveler. Jeff Ford
Jeff is a 25 year hospitality veteran and a Hot Springs native. His Homestead career started at the young age of 16 in housekeeping and continued with stops in various other departments before landing as a Convention Service Manager. His 10 years experience in Convention Service included 5 years as Director and his receiving designation as a Certified Meeting Professional. Jeff is responsible for the overall operations of both the Sales and Service departments and still handles house accounts and special interest groups. He is a former President of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International - Chapter of the Virginias and Associate of the year for the Virginia Society of Associate Executives. Scott Russell
Scott is a 20 year hospitality veteran and is based in Southern Pines, NC. As Director of Regional Accounts, Scott represents the Homestead to clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Scott returns to The Homestead where he started with Club Resorts 10 years ago. Other distinguished resorts that he has represented include; Colonial Williamsburg, Pinehurst, Ballantyne Resort and Pine Needles. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Scott has served on the Board of Directors of MPI- Carolinas Chapter and received his certification as Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) through HSMAI. Sandy Minskoff
Sandy Minskoff joined The Homestead as Director of Specialty Markets in May 2008. She is responsible for generating business in the SMERF and Incentive markets as well as Virginia markets located from Harrisonburg to Roanoke and Charlottesville. After graduating from the University of South Carolina’s Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration program, Sandy began her career working for professional associations including Club Managers Association of America and the American Society of Association Executives in Washington, DC. She then moved into the Private Club Industry as Director of Membership Sales for Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, VA and Director of Marketing for Master Club Advisors. Prior to joining The Homestead, Sandy served as the Group Sales Manager with the Stonewall Jackson Hotel & Conference Center in Staunton, VA. She is based out of her hometown of Harrisonburg, VA. Glenn Lehman
Glenn brings over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry to The Homestead. In a career that started at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Alexandria, Virginia, Glenn has held the positions of Director of Sales, Associate Director of Sales and Reservations Manager at a number of resorts in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Wintergreen Resort and Glade Springs Resort. Glenn will be representing The Homestead to clients in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland. Robin Mieras
Robin has called Hot Springs home for over 20 years with eight years experience in the Group Sales arena. Having excelled in various positions in the resort she now sells Legendary Homestead Hospitality to groups of under 30 rooms from across the country.

Rachael Thompson
When Rachael graduated from the University of Richmond she was anxious to return to the area and begin her career at

Director of the highly acclaimed Homestead Kids Club. Rachael's sales assignment is to pursue business from Virginia including
the cities of Charlottesville, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Winchester and Fredricksburg while also assisting Alisa Hurt with small meetings

Alisa Hurt
Alisa is a 20 year hospitality sales veteran and is based in Northern Virginia. She is a 1985 Virginia Tech graduate and began her career with Hilton in her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. Following Hilton, Alisa worked for The Madison Hotel in Washington, DC and then spent ten years working for upscale hotels in New York City including The Mayfair, The Omni Berkshire and the Regent Wall Street. Alisa relocated back to Virginia in 2004 and was named Sales Person of 2005 for Potomac Hospitality Services. She will handle the Northeast Region of PA, NY, NJ, MA.

Carolyn Weber
Carolyn started her career in her native Washington D.C. and brings over ten years of hospitality industry experience. Holding positions in catering, conference services, and sales, past employers include the Madison Hotel, Marriott International, and most recently the Resort Collection of Colonial Williamsburg. A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, Carolyn is based in Richmond, VA and represents the Homestead to clients in the Richmond and Virginia Tidewater area as well as Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas. Kate Loeffler
Kate Loeffler, Sales Manager for Weddings and Special Events, joined The Homestead in 2006. She started her hospitality career at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa, and has over 10 years of hospitality experience. Her positions have ranged from Food and Beverage operations, Human Resources Recruitment, and most recently Convention Services. Kate is excited about her new role in special occasion/event sales. She grew up spending her summers on the Cowpasture River at Camp Mont Shenandoah, and was very excited to come back to the area she now calls home.
