The menu selections in this time-honored style will reflect crisp, clean flavors prepared in layers that reflect the quality and nature of the fresh ingredients from the resort’s natural surroundings. Seasonal dishes include vine ripe heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, freshly prepared lobster bisque, Highland county lamb, Virginian grass fed beef, Allegheny mountain trout and Chesapeake crab as well as favorites like our gold brick sundae.DRESS CODE
Breakfast – resort casual attire to include collared shirt, casual slacks and shorts. No cutoffs, tank tops, spandex, pool attire or sleep attire permitted.
Dinner – Business formal attire, including jackets and collared shirts for gentlemen and dresses or dress pants suits for ladies. No shorts or denim permitted. Ladies and gentlemen are asked to remove caps/hats when entering the Dining Room.
Dress code applies to children 12 and older.
