Mike Aylmer
Mike Aylmer, Director of Sales and Marketing, joined The Homestead in June of 2007 and has been with KSL Resorts for nine years. Mike has an expertise in the hospitality industry at some of the country’s most prestigious hotels and resorts including; The Grand Wailea Hotel Resort &Spa, Arizona Biltmore, Hotel Del Coronado and Doral Golf Resort & Spa. He played a vital role in creating the national sales platform for KSL and launched the Pharmaceutical Meetings Training program called KSL/PEP which has received national recognition from many of the TOP Pharmaceutical Companies. He began his career in 1991 opening The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Center in Northern Virginia. In 1994, Mike was promoted to the Ritz-Carlton International Sales Office in New York and handled National Accounts. Mike also was involved in the launching of Miraval, Life in Balance Resort, a "new concept" resort spa in Tucson, AZ. After two short years of the opening, Miraval was named the #1 Spa/Resort in the World by Conde Nast Traveler. Jeff Ford
Jeff is a 25 year hospitality veteran and a Hot Springs native. His Homestead career started at the young age of 16 in housekeeping and continued with stops in various other departments before landing as a Convention Service Manager. His 10 years experience in Convention Service included 5 years as Director and his receiving designation as a Certified Meeting Professional. Jeff is responsible for the overall operations of both the Sales and Service departments and handles Virginia State Associations and Key Accounts. He is a former President of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International - Chapter of the Virginias and Associate of the year for the Virginia Society of Associate Executives. Scott Russell
Scott is a 25 year hospitality veteran and is based in Southern Pines, NC. As Director of Regional Accounts, Scott represents the Homestead to clients in Southeast and Texas. Scott returns to The Homestead where he started with Club Resorts 15 years ago. Other distinguished resorts that he has represented include; Colonial Williamsburg, Pinehurst, Ballantyne Resort and Pine Needles. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Scott has served on the Board of Directors of MPI- Carolinas Chapter and currently serves on the board of directors for the Association Executives of North Carolina.  Email: Scott.Russell@thehomestead.com

Robin Mieras
Robin Mieras, Director of Regional accounts is a ten-year veteran of the resort's group sales effort. She is responsible for Eastern Virginia and Express Sales. Robin's wealth of experience encompasses small groups and regional accounts. Email: Robin.Mieras@thehomestead.com

Rachael Thompson
When Rachael graduated from the University of Richmond, she was anxious to return to the area and begin her career at The Homestead. Her work experience at the resort encompasses several departments with her most recent position being Director of the highly acclaimed Homestead Kids Club. Paige Hansen
Paige has nearly 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her degree in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University has led to a broad range of positions including Food and Beverage, Catering, and special events. For the past 8 years she has been involved in sales, including transient and group sales at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, VA, and most recently as a group sales manager for the reopening of Bedford Springs Resort in Central Pennsylvania. Lori Hicks
Lori is no stranger to Southern Hospitality, a native of the Alleghany Highlands, she began her career 20 years ago at The Homestead and after a brief tenure with The Boar's Head in Charlottesville, Virginia, Lori returns as The Homestead's Wedding and Social Sales Coordinator. Rebecca Sabol
Rebecca has rejoined The Homestead, where she started 5 year ago in Convention Services.  Over the past 8 years, Rebecca has represented Lansdowne Resort in Northern Virginia, Yonahlossee Resort and Broyhill Inn & Conference Center, both in North Carolina.  Rebecca is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she studied Hospitality & Tourism Management.  She handles Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia Corporate.  Email:   rebecca.sabol@thehomestead.com
