Join The KidsClub At Our Virginia Family Resort
Hey, kids! This one’s just for you. Here in the mountains of Virginia, family vacations mean days filled with games and hikes, arts and crafts, stories and plays. The Homestead Kids Club caters to youngsters between the ages of 3 and 12, providing hours of supervised fun guaranteed to spark a lifetime of memories. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring weather-appropriate clothes, including a bathing suit, sweater or jacket. KidsClub publishes seasonal schedules of planned daily activities; please call 540-839-3860 to request a schedule. Children may be divided into two age groups: 3-7 and 8-12, and all participants must be potty-trained. Pre-registration for both day and night programs is strongly encouraged. - KidsClub Schedule – 2012 Monday - Sunday
- Full day with lunch: 9am – 5pm $77 for the first child, $57 for each additional child in the immediate family
- Half day morning session with lunch: 9am - 12:30pm $47 per child
- Half day morning session without lunch: 9am – 12noon $42 per child
- Half day afternoon session with lunch: 12noon - 5pm $57 per child
- Half day afternoon session without lunch : 12:30 - 5pm $ 52 per child
- Kids Night Out: Saturday, 6:30pm - 10:30pm $47 per child (for guest on MAP/FAP) $57 per child (for guest on EP)

Babysitting Fees
First child $18 per hour, each additional sibling $5 per hour.
Babysitting is provided in the comfort of your room with the option for your sitter to take the children out and about. A 24-hour advanced registration is required, however, all requests are handled based on availability of services. Babysitting requires a two-hour minimum and a nominal fee applies. Babysitting observes a 24-hour cancellation policy or applicable fee. To make arrangements or for questions, please contact our Babysitting Coordinator at (540) 839-7956.
Homestead Little Penguins Program Available in the Winter
Parent’s drop your kids off for a fun day or half day of winter time activities while you hit the slopes. Our Little Penguins Program is a winter version of our famous Kidsclub. Your kids will spend the day building snowmen, sledding, making snow angels, and other fun winter activities. Little Penguins hang out at the “Igloo” which means that your child is only a “snowballs” throw away from the Mountain Lodge. Enjoy your day on the slopes while the kids play. Little Penguins program does not involve skiing or snowboarding. Hours of operation: 9-5 or 9-12 or 12:30-5 and 12-12:30 is lunch. A copy of children's birth certificate and most recent immunization records are required.
