Since 1766, The Homestead has offered guests an opportunity to enjoy Southern hospitality at its best. Located in the Allegheny Mountains of Virginia, we are a four-season resort that boasts superb restaurant dining experiences, championship golf, spa, winter sports and numerous other activities ideal for families and corporate outings.
While The Homestead has much to offer in tradition and history, it is our employees who make it a home away from home, inspiring first-time visitors to become Guests for Life. Approximately 850 dedicated employees serve our Virginia resort in a wide variety of jobs year-round. To join our legendary team, please contact The Homestead’s Human Resources Department and inquire about openings among Virginia’s most rewarding hotel jobs.
The Human Resources office is located on the North side of The Homestead’s main building. Proceed North of the main entrance and turn at the first right. The Security team will provide directions and parking instructions.
