The Homestead employs approximately 200 international and/or seasonal workers throughout the year.

Work and Travel Program
Students participating in the work and travel program must stay at least 4 months at The Homestead to participate. Students typically return to school after their time at The Homestead.

US Territories
The Homestead recruits from US territories twice a year. Full-time workers and students are selected to work at The Homestead mostly during our peak operations

Other visa types are employed by The Homestead throughout the year.
